Vintage Yves Saint Laurent, made in Italy, necklace from 2003 runway Tom Ford collection for Yves Saint Laurent. Anatomically shaped necklace, brown plexiglass o methacrylate dotted with crystal diamond details with velvet ribbon tie closure. Signed on the right side. Excellent condition with superficial scratches only visible in backlight.
